How do I update my billing info?

To update your payment info or subscription, please do the following:

Access The Customer Hub

  1. Visit this link:  https://checkout.susprep.com/updateinfo/

  2. Enter the email address you used to enroll in The Ready Life Academy (if you have changed your email address since then, please contact us at support@susprep.com)

  3. Within a minute or two, you should receive an email with a login link (don’t see it?  Please check your spam or other organizational tab/folder)

  4. Click on the link in that email

  5. You’ll now be in your customer hub where you can manage your payment info and subscription


Inside the Customer Hub

Once logged into the customer hub, you’ll have access to the following items:

  1. View one-time purchases

  2. View payment plans for one-time purchases

  3. View your subscription to The Ready Life Academy and manage it

  4. Update your billing info and payment method (i.e. update your credit card info)


Updating Your Payment Info

To update your credit card or other info, please click on #4 above. A modal will appear in which you can update your personal info as well as your payment info at the bottom.

Please be sure to click both “Update” and then “Save Changes” if you update payment info.
